Educates teens about the dangers of drinking and to challenge them to be MIP free. Helps educate parents about the dangers and signs of teen alcohol abuse.
The Butte Community Council supports the development of healthy children and families.
SCHOOLS
School District #1 and Butte Central Schools are key coalition partners in the fight against drugs, alcohol and tobacco in local school through the “Healthy Citizens” program. Butte Cares staff visits classrooms to educate student on the importance of making health choices.
